The General Director of the State Police has dismissed two officers from the ranks of the blue uniforms, after they physically clashed with each other.

It is about EH and RM citizens, police officers of the General Patrol, at the Elbasan Police Station, against whom an investigation has been launched for a serious disciplinary violation. The disciplinary proceedings have started alongside the criminal proceedings initiated by the Prosecutor's Office at the Elbasan Judicial District Court.

"From the investigative actions, it has emerged that the EH citizen had a conflict for weak motives, with the RM citizen, 23 years old (police employee, at the Elbasan Police Station), while both were off duty. During the conflict, the RM citizen, in cooperation with 2 other citizens, still unidentified, hit citizen EH with a hard object, who received treatment at the Elbasan hospital and is currently out of danger for life." says the announcement of the AMP

The Prosecutor's Office at the Elbasan Court of First Instance, in cooperation with the Police Surveillance Agency, is conducting further investigations into this case, for the criminal offense of "intentional minor injury", carried out in cooperation.

Likewise, from the ranks of the blue uniforms, officer Geraldo Nela, 24 years old, with the duty of the Service Corps at the Cërrik Police Station, has been excluded. The 24-year-old was arrested the day before, for the criminal offense of "Theft committed while abusing duty". He is accused of having robbed an amount of 30,000 euros during the search in the apartment of citizen Syrja Kuqi residing in Marinzë, Belsh
