The Court of Tirana has imposed a seizure on real estate, worth about 5 million euros, which is suspected to have the source of criminal activities. They belonged to citizen Elvi Osmanaj, 32 years old, a resident of Tirana, as well as his family members.

More specifically, the seized assets are a building in Tirana, a plot of land with an area of ​​4000m2, a plot of land with a surface of 1142m2, a plot of land with a surface of 812m2, two apartments on "Myslym Shyri" street, a plot of land in Tirana, as well as two commercial entities.

"From the investigative actions, it is suspected that the seized assets have their source from the criminal activities carried out by the citizen Elvi Osmanaj, in the English state." it is stated in the Police announcement.

Work continues on tracking, identifying and confiscating assets that have their source from criminal activities.

The police operation coded "Wrong Transfer" by the Sector for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes, in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, is finalized.

Immovable assets, worth about 5 million euros, are seized, which are suspected to be the source of criminal activities.

In the framework of the criminal proceedings for the identification and seizure of assets derived from criminal activity, referred by the Sector for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes, in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, the coded police operation "Wrong Transfer" was carried out.

Pursuant to this proceeding, the execution of the decision of the Court of First Instance was carried out, for the imposition of preventive sequestration against real estate belonging to citizen Elvi Osmanaj, 32 years old, resident in Tirana, as well as his family members.

Pursuant to this decision, real estate was seized, the value of which is around 5 million euros, specifically:

• 1 building in Tirana, 1 plot of land with an area of ​​4000m2, 1 plot of land with a surface area of ​​1142m2, a plot of land with a surface area of ​​812m2, 2 apartments on "Myslym Shyri" street, a plot of land in Tirana, as well as two commercial entities, owned by citizen EO

From the investigative actions, it is suspected that the seized assets have their source from the criminal activities carried out by the citizen EO, in the English state.

Under the guidance of the Prosecutor's Office, work is continuing to discover other assets that this citizen or her family members may have registered in the name of other persons.
