The Special Appeals Court session is being held today, after Belinda Balluku has appealed to lift the measures imposed by the GJKKO against her.

Balluku did not participate in the hearing, but was represented by her two lawyers, including the deputy prime minister's sister.

Dorina Bejko is also present at the Appeals session. Alongside Dritan Prenç, prosecutor Bejko will also investigate the case.
