Environmentalist Sazan Guri agrees with the plan to create the "Sovereign State of the Bektashi Order" in Tirana.

In a direct link to the show "7pa5" on the Vizion Plus screen, Guri said that he agrees with Prime Minister Edi Rama, who has affirmed the plans aimed at "promoting a tolerant Islam that Albania will be proud of."

Among other things, Guri said that Mount Tomorri is the center of the world, while Bektashism is the only religion that puts the Albanian flag in its institutions.

Sazan Guri:  I know that many people will oppose me, I know very well. I am one of the few times that I am with the prime minister. It cannot be sought by the Muslim faith that has its center elsewhere or the Christian faith that has its center elsewhere, the Catholic faith has its center in Rome. The only belief that there is a center, which is called a center here in Albania... for me it is not a sign of greatness, historical or even touristic and spiritual. For me it's the dumbest thing I've ever thought of myself.

I say when they come here to Berat, like you have the Vatican, we have Bektashism because Bektashism is a spiritual, natural center. The only faith that puts the Albanian flag in its institutions is the Bektashi religion. I am Bektashi from my father, my mother is Muslim. My wife is Orthodox, but Bektashism has that kind of mediation, an intermediate belief between Orthodoxy, Catholics and Muslims. It is natural religion. The fact that he chose Tomorri... there are many high mountains, but the most beautiful mountain in the world, the center of the world that is Tomorri, was chosen.
