Considered the head of one of the country's criminal groups, Safet Bajri, has filed a criminal complaint with SPAK, claiming misuse of his name for criminal purposes.

He claims that unidentified persons have imposed fines and used his name in illegal activities, thus damaging his reputation.

The complaint was filed by Bajri's lawyer, Sokol Tahiraj, and requests that the individuals responsible for this abuse be investigated and arrested. This complaint follows a search conducted a few weeks ago at Bajri's apartment by the Special Prosecution Office, which is related to further investigations into criminal activities.

Safet Bajri's report to SPAK

I, the undersigned Safet Rustemi, after being informed that in the city where I live, in Shkoder, several people in collaboration with each other have used my name to steal phones and to impose fines on these people in order to return the phones,

They did this at gunpoint, claiming that I had given them these weapons to threaten, rob, and fine various citizens of the city of Shkodra.

After I learned about this event and inquired at the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction SHKODER, I received a report of the complaint filed by citizen Ermando Muhja against citizen Zikjan Lela, where the latter took his iPhone 12 at gunpoint, using my name to rob this citizen, and this was proven by the criminal decision no. 8 (6) dated 05.01.2025 issued by the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Shkoder against Zikjan Lela.

Having come across this event, which I consider serious for my name and reputation in this city, I request that you investigate this event and arrest the accused Zikjan Lela and the persons who collaborated with him to reduce my image by committing these criminal offenses.
