New details have been revealed regarding the SPAK operation in Shkodra. Searches were conducted at the homes of Safet, Behar and Enver Bajri, where 5 armored vehicles were seized.

It is learned that the checks were not only carried out in relation to the massacre that occurred in Dobraç, but also in relation to a new investigation launched by the Special Prosecution Office.

The checks were carried out by decision of the GJKKO, which accepted the request of SPAK, while it is reported in operational channels that arrest warrants have also been issued.

It is reported that no arrests have been made at this stage, but other materials have been found and seized, including weapons that will be examined to see if they have been used in previous criminal incidents.

The massacre of October 30, 2024 in Shkodra, where Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati, and the innocent couple Bashkim and Flutura Basha, lost their lives in the assassination attempt, still remains without an official author responsible for ordering or carrying it out.
