The police of Dibra have arrested Eduart Torba, Ahmet Torba, Lavdrim Kaleci for the criminal offense of intentional murder committed in collaboration. The murder happened in June 2022, where Osman Torba together with Eduart Torba, Ahmet Torba, Lavdrim Kaleci beat Nuri Basha to death.

The event that happened in June 2022, in Peshkopi, where the 60-year-old NB was seriously injured, who later died in the hospital, is clarified.

Elucidation of the event, as a result of in-depth investigations, developed by the investigative structures of the Dibër Local Police Directorate, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Dibër Judicial District Court.

The security measures "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Deliberate murder", carried out in cooperation, for 3 citizens who were under investigation, for this event, for the criminal offense "Disobedience of the crime", are executed.   

The specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes against the Person, of the Diber Local Police Directorate, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Diber Judicial District Court, as a result of an uninterrupted investigative work, following in-depth investigations for clarification and documentation with legal evidence of an event that took place in June 2022, in the field of crimes against the person, they successfully completed the coded police operation "Deepened", as a result of which the security measures "Arrest in prison" were executed for the citizens:

ET, 49 years old, AT, 64 years old and LK, 53 years old, all three residents of Peshkopi. 

From the totality of the in-depth investigations, it is suspected that on 26.06.2022, in the neighborhood "Kamen", Peshkopi, near the bar of citizen LK, after a conflict for weak motives, citizen ET, in cooperation with citizens AT, LK and OT (i previously arrested), seriously injured the 60-year-old NB, who as a result of the injuries received died in the hospital, two days after the incident. 

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Dibër has ordered the execution of the criminal decision of the Court of First Instance of Dibër, which has set for each of these citizens the security measure of "Prison arrest" for the criminal offense of "Deliberate murder". carried out in collaboration.  

The procedural materials were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office for further action, the police announced.
