The Rejsi Farma company is not content with the millions it receives from healthcare tenders, but has begun imposing fines on district hospitals to benefit as much as possible from public money through the supply of drugs on the reimbursable list to hospitals.

Tch writes that " Rejsi Farma " is seeking to receive money twice for invoices, which the hospitals have liquidated at the end of each month based on the monthly consumption of medications, for which they also have reconciliation acts.

But "Rejsi Farma" has issued other invoices, regardless of the money that was once collected in this company's account.

Even through a decision of the Fier Court, he attempted to execute them with a private bailiff, initially blocking the bank account of the Fier Regional Hospital.

This concerns the period March - July 2025 where Rejsi Farma abusively issued an invoice for approximately 120 million old lek.

But under the conditions when these invoices were paid, this was opposed by the Mandatory Health Care Fund, which pays for the reimbursement of medicines, and the Fier Regional Hospital, which sued "Rejsi Farma" in court, requesting the suspension of the first decision and the invalidity of the executive title for invoices issued by the Rejsi Farma company for the period March - July 2025.

Both institutions have also made available to the Court the monthly invoices paid to Rejsi Farma.

Based on all the documentation presented in a court session held in Tirana at the beginning of February, Judge Aurel Arapi has concluded in the suspension of the decision of the Fier Court for the execution through private bailiffs of invoices issued by the company " Rejsi Farma ", which seeks to abusively double the money from the state budget planned for the reimbursement of hospital medicines in the districts./ Tch
