Even though the local elections are ahead, this has not stopped the government from awarding a tender to the big "rival" Agron Kapllanaj, the DP candidate of Enkeleid Alibeaj for the municipality of Mallakastër.

It is about the tender received by Shkëlqimi07, the company of Agron Kapllanaj's brother.

The winner of the tender was announced this Monday, April 24, 2023.

The object of the contract is the reconstruction of several main axes of the Novoselë Unit (Rruga Beqajve, Anastasi, Moçka, Furrat, Xamajt, Hysajt, Saint Gjergji, Rruga e Lumit, Partizani and Rruga e Hekurudha).

The total value of the contract is 24 million new ALL.

But this is not the first time that Agron Kapllanaj receives tenders from the government. He is the beneficiary of dozens of tenders both from the local government in Tirana, but also from the central one, worth millions of euros.
