Prime Minister Edi Rama has shared a complaint from a citizen, who sent several images showing how bars have occupied the common spaces of buildings.

Rama writes that these are typical barricades that need to be removed by their instigators themselves, before they are left with the fine bill and criminal prosecution.

Taking the initiative from the action you have initiated for the occupation of public spaces by businesses, I am sending you a video of the ASL complex in Tirana, next to the Neurosurgery Hospital, unit no. 3, where for us as residents of the complex it is difficult to move because the premises have extended their activity into the common space of the building. The video that I will send you clearly shows this situation.
