Lawyer Maks Haxhia's coded provocation: If Ergys Agas has communications
Lawyer Maks Haxhia

Lawyer Maks Haxhia spoke on "Top Story" about the AKSHI file, regarding what has emerged so far from the investigations that are being kept discreet.

Haxhia stated that Ergys Agasi is not employed by AKSHI, but is a businessman who has not entered AKSHI tenders.

Among other things, he gave a coded message to SPAK prosecutors and GJKKO judges, when he raised the question 'will they be considered a structured criminal group if they have communications with Agas?'

"The interesting thing is that Mr. Agasi is not even employed, he is simply a businessman, he has never entered into the tenders of the National Agency for Public Procurement, he has no company in that field, he has not received any benefit from the budget-public finances and they put him in a structured criminal group related to violations of equality in tenders, which for me is an administrative criminal offense, it could very well be "corruption in tenders".

"They say you met important people, but if I find that Mr. Agasi has contacted SPAK prosecutors or GJKKO judges, then they are also a structured criminal group. Let's see if he contacted them, I don't have any material from the file even though I have requested it," the lawyer said in Top Story.
