Protest for transportation in Elbasan, residents of the village of Shushicë

Residents of the village of Shushicë in Elbasan have protested against the increase in the price of city transport tickets.

According to them, the increase in ticket prices from 50 to 100 lek does not justify the 7 km distance of this area.

On the other hand, licensed taxi drivers in this area claim that they are competing with illegal taxis and are heading towards bankruptcy.

Tch writes that the Municipality of Elbasan guaranteed that there will be no increase in the price of transportation tickets in the Shushica area and such a decision is made only by the Municipal Council.
