Profile of the "Drug Baron", his relationship with Ervis Martinaj,
Gëzim Çela/ Ervis Martinaj/ Fisi Bajri and Lecajt Shkoder

From the suspicions of the murder of 3 policemen in Italy in 1998, the use of prostitution, the arrest in Turkey for heroin trafficking and the wanted declaration in Albania

For years, Italian justice has considered him a "drug baron". He declared him wanted and sentenced him in absentia to 20 years in prison. It has always awaited his extradition, although it was never carried out.

While Albanian law simply calls it "distributor" or "seller". As the last and most common link in the narcotics trafficking chain.

This is Gëzim Çela, from the village of Fushë-Kuqe in Kurbin. He has been declared a wanted person by the Albanian Police for more than 9 years. He was accused of a drug laboratory discovered in Fushë-Kuqe and another in Peja of Kosovo. And yet he was never arrested. He was not even arrested in the next operation, on October 9, 2023, in which the American DEA also participated.

Can a man who according to our courts is simply a drug dealer have such strong ties?

"The defendant Gëzim Çela, whose activity in the trafficking 'chain' is verified with the quality of the 'distributor', the 'seller' in the last instance, of the narcotic provided by the unidentified person, resident in the American continent..." so it is stated in the decision of the Court of Serious Crimes.

Today, Gëzim Çela is 55 years old, but his name has been registered in the police files since he was 22 years old and he was convicted for the first time by the Trieste Court in Italy for exploitation of prostitution. For years, he has been accused and convicted several times in absentia, in Italy and Albania, but even when he was arrested, he did not stay long in prison. He got away with fake medical reports, inventing diseases he didn't have.

Today his name appears again on the scene. But this time as requested. He still could not be arrested. Out of 4 arrest warrants signed by the Special Court, only one warrant was executed. The actions of October 9, 2023 were a continuation of the "Flame at sea" operation, dated August 15, 2023, where 23 kg of cannabis were seized from Patoku, which was to be exchanged for cocaine 12 miles from the coast. The one who was put in handcuffs on Monday evening was the head of the Kurbin police station, Dritan Metaj. While the other 3, including Gëzim Çela, who has been considered a "drug lord" for years, were declared wanted. The head of the police station, Metaj, turns out to have had the role of transporting members of the criminal group, including Gëzim Çela, using his position. He was recognized with the security measure "prison arrest" as part of a structured criminal group, accused of drug trafficking. The head of the police station admitted to having helped Gëzim Çela, saying that he had an early acquaintance with him.

Dritan Metaj : I have known Gëzim Çela for a long time. I have met him several times. I know I made a mistake in meeting him, but I could not avoid it because of my old acquaintance with him.

But the main character, the one wanted by justice for more than 9 years, was not arrested. Gëzim Çela was declared wanted again, just like in the operation of June 12, 2014. It was a coordinated operation between the Albanian and Kosovo Police, during which drug laboratories were discovered in Fushë-Kuqe in Kurbin and in Pejë. The Kosovar Police arrested there Valentina Tufina, a chemist who was carrying out the drug processing process, while the Albanian Police could not arrest Gëzim Çela. It was about the same criminal group, which included citizens from Albania and Kosovo. Çela was sentenced to 10 years and 8 months in prison.

On November 21, 2012, Gëzim Çela was arrested at the "Mother Teresa" airport at the moment when he was being deported from Turkey after serving a 6-year prison sentence on charges of drug trafficking. He was arrested because he was wanted by Italy, where he was accused of being the head of an Albanian criminal organization. The Trieste court sentenced him to 19 years in prison. But he managed to be released and avoid extradition, as he had done earlier. Through false medical reports issued by the Military Hospital, as if he was suffering from bone cancer, he was released even when he was arrested in 2001 for the purpose of extradition. At that time he was also suspected of the murder of 3 policemen in Udine, an event that was later closed and he was declared innocent.

With all this criminal history, Gëzim Çela has always managed to escape from handcuffs. Even in Monday's action, although the American DEA was also involved, Çela was not arrested.

But who is this character who constantly manages to escape the handcuffs.

Gëzim Çela is the father of 4 children and is divorced by the papers. Argument that was used in court by his lawyer, to relieve the accused, regarding the objects that were seized from his wife's apartment in "Don Bosko", in Tirana.

He is a resident of the village of Fush-Kuqe, Kurbini, where checks have been carried out from time to time by the Police. His uncle's son, Nerim Çela, was arrested during the "Flame at sea" operation, when traffickers set fire to the ship that was suspected of trafficking drugs. Gëzim Çela also has family ties with the "king of gambling", Ervis Martinaj, who has been missing for more than a year. Specifically, Çela's cousin, Nerim Çela, is the uncle of Brilant Martinaj, who was killed in the terrible assassination attempt that took the lives of his two friends, last year, at the Fushë-Kruja crossing.

His name also appears in the "Metamorphosis" folder. In the messages exchanged by the characters of this file, Dorian Duli, who was one of the people targeted to be killed by the Bajri group, but also Lulzim Kulla, the son-in-law of the Lici family, is commented as a strong connection of Gëzim Çele. But on the other hand, Çela was a relative of Ervis Martinaj, who had an agreement with Behar Bajri.

Let's take in order the cases where Gëzim Çela was accused, arrested and released by the Albanian authorities. But also the crimes for which he has been accused in three countries, Italy, Turkey and Albania.

Gëzim Çela is arrested in Albania on behalf of Italy

Gëzim Çela was 33 years old when he was arrested for the first time by the Albanian Police on account of Italian justice. He was captured in Tirana on January 9, 2001. At that time, he was known as the head of a powerful Italian-Albanian mafia organization, which had been operating for several years in the area of Udine in Italy. There they started to call him "drug baron" for the first time, just as they continue to call him today after 23 years. Two days after the arrest, he was introduced to the security measure in the Court of Tirana and at the request of the prosecutor of the case, Artan Bajrami, judge Marjana Dedi imposed the measure of "prison arrest" indefinitely.

The main charge brought against Gëzim Çela at that time was that of participating in the collaborative murder of three Italian policemen in Udine. It was one of the worst events that happened on Christmas Eve, December 23, 1998.

The three police officers, Adriano Rutar, Giuseppe Guido Zanier and Paolo Kranolino, would finish their shift and return home in 10 minutes. But while patrolling near a phone shop, on "Viale Unita", in Udine, a powerful explosion occurred. An M52 hand grenade was placed in the shop door. Its explosion caused the death of three policemen, as well as the wounding of one of their colleagues and the owner of the business. The actions carried out by the police of Udine, Trieste and Venice, coordinated by the Anti-Mafia Directorate in Trieste, directed the investigations towards a criminal group composed of Italians and Albanians. This group was said to be involved in the trafficking of girls from Eastern Europe, who were then used for prostitution. At that time, the police arrested two Italian citizens, a girl from Ukraine and 3 Albanian citizens, Saimir Sadria (Keqi), from Laçi, Ilir Mihasi, from Tirana and Irena Shazimani from Elbasan. These people were arrested as accomplices in the event, while Gëzim Çela was also declared wanted.

But on May 31, 2001, Gëzim Çela, who was arrested in Tirana awaiting extradition, was acquitted of murder charges. It was concluded that Çela, accused by the Italian Antimafia as the author of several serious criminal acts, was not involved in the murder of three Italian policemen in Udine. It was decided that he would only be tried for drug trafficking, exploitation of prostitution and clandestine trafficking, since the accusation of being the author of the bomb placement in Udine, where 3 policemen were killed, was not proven by Italian investigators. The removal of this charge against 33-year-old Gëzim Çela was announced by the Anti-Mafia prosecutor of Trieste, Rafaelo Tito, during a press conference. At the end of January 2001, 3 prosecutors from Trieste arrived in Albania for this case, who interrogated Gëzim Çele and Gjergj Bushpepajn. Then the investigations were stopped in Italy and the case was closed without a perpetrator.

However, the investigations never stopped. In 2021, the Prosecutor's Office of Udine began to examine new evidence, in addition to the 400 evidences that are in the fascicles of the voluminous file. Investigators admitted there were many dark spots in the reconstruction of what happened that Christmas Eve, which is why all the defendants were found not guilty during the trial. An information leak that the prosecutor's office did not evaluate, not taking concrete actions to identify those responsible for the distribution of information that was considered an investigative secret. The new elements found by the Prosecutor's Office are related to the financiers of the massacre. It was learned that the target of the incident was not the Police officers who were killed, but the shop where the bomb was placed, which at the time was a mobile phone landmark in the city. However, the case continues to be under investigation and there are still no concrete suspects.

Gëzim Çela is sentenced to 5 years in prison, released with a fake medical report

After being arrested on behalf of Italy, where he was wanted, Gëzim Çela was tried in the Court of Tirana, for the criminal offenses he was accused of by Italian justice. With decision no. 341, dated May 8, 2003, the Court of Tirana sentenced him to 7 years and 6 months in prison for exploitation of prostitution, creation of a criminal organization, illegal crossing of the border and possession of weapons without a permit. Taking advantage of the shortened trial, he was finally sentenced to 5 years in prison. But 7 months after the guilty verdict, with another decision, dated December 10, 2003, the Court of Tirana, due to the serious health condition claimed by Gëzim Çela, decided to release him from further serving the sentence. In the process for the termination of the sentence, Gëzim Çela presented as evidence a biopsy report related to the diagnosis. Forensic reports issued by the Military Hospital and a Turkish hospital, according to which Çela was diagnosed with bone cancer in his right knee, allowed him to escape prison in Albania.

July 20, 2004

Çela is accused of falsifying health documents

Regarding the medical report that Gëzim Çela presented as an argument to be released from prison, the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, on July 20, 2004 registered the criminal proceedings against him, with the charge of "Forgery of health documents". But with the decision of March 27, 2007, the Court of Tirana administered the evidence and heard the prosecutor Gjon Kodra, who withdrew the charge against the defendant Gëzim Çela, requesting the dismissal of the case. While Çela's lawyer, Maksim Haxhia, asked for his client's declaration of innocence. In the decision of the Court, it is argued that one of the reports submitted to the Court in 2003 by Gëzim Çela was signed by Professor Dr. Sergylem Dervisollu, a Turkish citizen. With the letter dated October 28, 2003 of the chief prosecutor of Istanbul, in response to the request for legal assistance of the Ministry of Justice, it appears that the content of the report is the same as the original, but the signature at the end of the report is not that of Dr. Sergylem Dervisollu. The investigations against Gëzim Çela were conducted in his absence, as he was abroad, it was not possible to question him. While during the trial process he appeared and gave his explanations.

Gëzim Çela : " The medical report reflects reality and is not falsified. However, this report was not received by me, but by a Kosovar citizen residing in Turkey, who served me as a translator during my stay in the hospital in Istanbul, with whom I communicated on the phone. I have asked him to send this report by mail to my lawyer in Albania ".

In the final conclusions, the prosecutor withdrew the charge and requested the dismissal of the case against Gëzim Çele.

The content of the medical document does not reflect false circumstances as it is the same content as the original, but in the response received from the chief prosecutor of Istanbul, it is not clarified whether the signature in the name of doctor Sergulen Devisoglu is forged or is the signature of one of the hospital employees. where the defendant was operated on.

It is also claimed by the defendant that the medical report is regular and that he is not the person who received it and submitted it to the trial.

Under these conditions, when the prosecutor withdrew the charge and when the existence of the fact is doubtful, the court judged the prosecutor's request to be right, deciding to dismiss the case in charge of Gëzim Çela.

Year 2007

Gëzim Çela is arrested in Turkey and sentenced to 6 years in prison

After closing accounts with Albanian justice, thinking that he no longer had open accounts even with Italy, Gëzim Çela heads towards the East. Tries to expand his narcotics activity into a direct line of heroin trafficking from Turkey. But he is arrested there and Turkey does not forgive him despite the claims of cancerous disease in his right knee bone. He also tried the maneuver of medical reports before the Istanbul Court, but there they did not take it into account, sentencing him to 6 years in prison.

During the time he was in Malltepe prison in Turkey, on February 4, 2010, his lawyer made a request to the Court of Tirana with the object of prescribing the execution of the sentence. It was about the decision dated May 8, 2003, that Çela was sentenced to 5 years in prison, at the request of the Italian authorities. Sentence that he had not repaid due to the claim that he was suffering from a serious illness. This request was accepted by the Tirana Court and the case against Gëzim Çela was dismissed. After serving his sentence and staying for a while in Turkey, he was deported

Gëzim Çela is arrested in Rinas after being deported from Turkey

On November 21, 2012, Gëzim Çela was arrested at the "Mother Teresa" airport at the moment when he was being deported from Turkey after serving a 6-year prison sentence on charges of drug trafficking. His arrest was carried out on the basis of an international arrest warrant issued by the Court of Trieste in Italy, where Çela was accused of being the head of an Albanian criminal organization operating on traffic lines in Italy.

Tirana Police

International wanted citizen Gëzim Xhemal Çela, resident of the village of Fushë Kuqe, Laç, previously convicted, was arrested because the Court of Trieste, Italy, issued an arrest warrant dated March 11, 2000, for the criminal offense of "Participation in a criminal organization of the type mafia" and "Exploitation of prostitution".

He thought that with the statute of limitations request that was accepted by the Court of Tirana, he had made peace with Italian justice, but no. Along with the years that had passed, the investigations of the Italian side had progressed. It was about a decade. When he was arrested in Rinas as an international wanted man, Italian justice had given 5 sentences to Gëzim Çela. He had to serve 19 years, 9 months and 29 days in prison there. But of course with the criminal laws in Albania, you can do the right maneuvers, especially for people who have succeeded in one form or another. Although a judicial process for extradition or not, usually lasts 40 days, for Gëzim Çela it would last a little longer.

Of course, with the sole reason that everything was in his favor. Despite the lawyer's claims that his client could not serve the same sentence twice, judge Artur Gaxhi ordered that Gëzim Çela be extradited to Italy on January 23, 2013.

The judge of the case

In the request for extradition, several criminal decisions declaring him guilty, except for the one for which he was convicted by the Albanian justice system, are mentioned. Secondly, the sentencing decisions included other crime episodes that were not examined by the Albanian courts.

The decision of the Court of Modena, dated April 4, 2002, is irrevocable. Gëzim Çela was sentenced to 4 years in prison and a fine of 1,000 euros. He is accused of blackmailing a citizen in order to force her to practice prostitution, as well as having raped her by hitting her with his fists.
The decision of the Court of Modena, dated May 12, 2004, partially reformed by the decision of the Court of Appeal of Bologna, dated December 5, 2006. Gëzim Çela was sentenced to 4.5 years of imprisonment and a fine of 6 thousand euros, an irrevocable decision that has become final on June 1, 2007. He is accused of exploiting prostitution under aggravating circumstances and providing assistance for illegal border crossing.
The decision of the Court of Modena, dated October 11, 1995, irrevocable, which became final on December 1, 1995. Çelaj was sentenced to 1 year and 8 months of imprisonment and a fine of 165 euros. He is accused of exploiting prostitution under aggravating circumstances and creating a criminal organization.
Decision of the Court of Udine, dated November 12, 2011, irrevocable, which became final on April 7, 2000. Çelaj was sentenced to 2 years and 4 months in prison and a fine of 413 euros. He is accused of exploiting prostitution under aggravating circumstances.
The total sentence from the combination of sentences, as it results from the execution order of the Modena Prosecutor's Office, dated February 8, 2010, is 11 years, 10 months and 29 days of imprisonment and about 8 thousand euros in fines. He was sentenced to 3 years in prison and a 900 euro fine.

Decision of the Trieste Court of Appeal, dated December 5, 2008, which became final on March 17, 2011. Çela was sentenced to 10 years and 11 months in prison and a fine of 150,000 euros. He is accused of exploiting prostitution under aggravating circumstances, favoring clandestine immigration, mafia-type associations and foreigners, and possession of weapons without a permit.
According to the Execution Order of the Prosecutor at the Court of Udine, Office of Criminal Execution, dated August 28, 2012, in the consolidation of the sentences, a single sentence of 22 years, 9 months and 29 days of imprisonment and a fine of 158 thousand euros was set for Gëzim Çela. .

After the remission of the sentence of 3 years of imprisonment, as described in the execution order, Gëzim Çela must serve in the Italian state, a general and single sentence of 19 years, 9 months and 29 days of imprisonment.

And yet, for a long time since the arrest in Rinas, Gëzim Çela was not finally decided whether he should be extradited or not, as the decision of judge Artur Gaxhi was suspended by the Court of Appeal, returning it to the Court of Tirana. The reasoning of the appeal was: The first instance has not verified whether or not the Italian justice has calculated the prison that Gëzim Çela has done in Albania.

But the request submitted to the Court of Tirana on November 14, 2013, for the extradition of Çëla, was reviewed almost a year later, when he was declared wanted by Albanian justice. On July 26, 2014, at the stage of final conclusions, the Prosecutor's Office requested the extradition of Çela. But, according to the prosecution, the extradition had to be executed after he "settled accounts" with Albanian justice. Accounts that are still open today, after more than 9 years.

Drug laboratories are discovered in Fushë-Kuqe e Pejë, Gëzim Çela is wanted

A joint anti-drug operation between the Albanian and Kosovo Police, on June 12, 2014, revealed a sophisticated drug trafficking network, as well as two laboratories for the processing, mixing and packaging of cocaine and heroin. 6 people ended up in handcuffs, 3 in Tirana, Laç e Morinë and 3 others in Kosovo. But the one who was considered the head of the group, Gëzim Çela, could not be arrested.

"The blacks came! They surrounded your house!"

This signal, intercepted by the investigation team, is thought to have saved Gëzim Çela from handcuffs. He was notified by phone at the moment that RENEA surrounded his 3-story villa in Fushë-Kuqe. It was at this time that the cocaine courier, Reald Hysolli, was arrested in Morina, while the other suspects were being held under wiretapping and police surveillance. By tracking his phone, the police were convinced that Gëzim Çela was at home when they launched the operation. But he managed to escape successfully.

In the court's decision, which, although it punished and forgave Gëzim Çela, also explained the roles played by all the members of the group hit on both sides of the border. Despite the fact that Çela is considered a "distributor" in this decision, in fact, at the start of the investigation, he was considered the leader of the group. The decision clarifies that the narcotic substance was obtained in South America and then processed by Valentina Tufina, known as "the aunt", in the laboratory located in Rusoja, Deçan. This laboratory was built in the apartment of two brothers from Kosovo, Veim and Vehbi Berisha. While the narcotics were transported there by the courier Reald Hysolli.

During the investigations, it was established that the buyers of the narcotic substance had expressed dissatisfaction with Gëzim Çela for the quality of the cocaine. For this reason, Çela insisted to the supplier, who is an unidentified person, that the quantity of narcotics be returned and replaced with goods of improved quality.

Finally, it was decided to deliver the quantity of cocaine, with bad quality, to the processing base in the village of Rusojë and replace it with a quantity of better quality, acceptable to the buyers contacted by Gëzim Çela.

In the file of the Prosecution of Serious Crimes, there is also an intercepted conversation regarding the substitution of narcotics, between Gëzim Çela and Valentina Tufina, who had the role of a chemist.

Conversations between Gëzim Çela and Valentina Tifina

Valentina Tufina : Huh...

Gëzim Çela : How are you?

Valentina Tufina : Nothing for God...

Gëzim Çel a: Where are you?

Valentina Tufina : You have a clue

Gëzim Çela : You've fixed yourself there

Valentina Tufina : Yes

Gëzim Çela : Okay

Valentina Tufina : What are you doing?

Gëzim Çela : I didn't talk to him

Valentina Tufina : What did he say?

Gëzim Çela : He told me that tomorrow or lunch, my aunt will go there, on Tuesday, ask the man to return those shirts, dresses, blouses, everything has fallen, let the man I'll return them, you can take them to the store for other shirts, as much as you want, he said, after that, no problem in the world, he said, I apologize 100 times, he said yes, they have been defective for a few days, yes, the sewing machine has worn them, he said cars where they have them.

Valentina Tufina : Very good

Gëzim Çela : I told him, I want to guarantee you didn't take this job from me, you said Tuesday until lunch, you said you're sick of me and I say stop and I'll change the phone number, not with the family, don't worry about the job, what are you doing? aunt there, ask her, I gave her an order that today and yesterday I told her what to do with me.

Valentina Tufina : Amon, I told you to go away, man of the earth

Gëzim Çela : I agree.

Within two days, Valentina Tufina managed to prepare in the laboratory the quantity of the best quality cocaine and to make possible the transportation to Albania, through the Morin Border Crossing Point, the courier, Reald Hysolli, was sent to Kosovo. After loading 14 packages of drugs into the car he was driving, hiding them in a modified place, he left on the morning of June 12, 2014, to return to the territory of the Albanian state. But when he was passing through Morina, he intervened, simultaneously, on both sides of the border. After the seizure of the narcotics in the car driven by Hysolli, Valentina Tufina and the Berisha brothers were arrested in Kosovo. While in Albania, Gëzim Çela could not be arrested. The police arrested Çela's brother, Kujtim Çela. But then the case against him was separated and he was tried in the Court of Kurbin, accused of "cultivation of narcotic substances" and "arms possession without a permit".

Gëzim Çela was sentenced in absentia to 10 years and 8 months in prison by the Serious Crimes Appeal, benefiting from a shortened trial. The decision was also upheld by the Supreme Court.

While Valentina Tufina was sentenced to 14 years in prison in Kosovo.

August 15, 2023

The exchange of hashish with cocaine at sea is prevented, Gëzim Çela's cousin is arrested

An information that quantities of narcotics would come to Albania from Turkey by sea and land and then from Albania would leave for the countries of the European Union, set the Albanian Police in motion in mid-August 2023. The judicial police provided data that more On August 14, a significant amount of cannabis-type narcotic substance would be trafficked, which would depart from Patok by boat and on the open sea it would be exchanged for cocaine, which would be transported by another boat with a crew of Ukrainian nationals.

On August 15, a raft was spotted at the exit of the Patok Lagoon. This schooner was speeding toward a foreign-flagged vessel that was offshore, about 12 miles from shore. This sailing vessel had entered Albanian waters without notice and was located near Cape Rodon. The police have had a continuous communication with the Italian police forces of Guaria di Finanza, operating in Albania and Italy, with the aim of capturing the two vehicles. Both vessels were kept under observation and the moment the police vehicles were spotted by the two Ukrainians who were on the boat, Kirilo Pomarenko and Konstandit Belon, they set fire to the boat. There was also the narcotic substance of the cannabis type. The police had information that the exchange had taken place at that time. The Ukrainians had delivered the amount of cocaine to the people who had left Patok by raft and had taken the cannabis. After setting fire to the sailboat, they boarded a rescue vehicle where they were arrested, while the dinghy, which allegedly contained the amount of cocaine, which was driven by Albanians, quickly left, being chased by the Police. The boat was seized after several hours of pursuit, but at that moment it was empty. Only the person who was driving it, Besnik Brokeri, was arrested.

On the same day, at the time when one group was monitoring the vessels, another group conducted an inspection at the "Royal Blue" restaurant, which is owned by Gëzim Çela in Patok, where was the base from which the cannabis dinghy was launched. According to the information, after the exchange of cannabis with cocaine, the dinghy would return to the base, to the loyal "Royal Blue". During the inspection of the premises of this bar, the Police found Nerim Çelë, who introduced himself as the owner. In fact, Nerim Çela is the son of Gëzim Çela's uncle and at the same time he is the uncle of Brilant Martinaj, Ervis Martinaj's cousin. Two pistols, cartridges and a quantity of money were found there. When checks were being carried out, in the courtyard of the Police bar, an Audi car was seen, driven by Arlind Ismailukaj, a former Police officer, and the passenger was Armando Mema. A quantity of money was also found in this vehicle.

The examination of Arlind Ismailukaj's cell phone showed that on August 15, around 3 am, he had communicated with a person with the nickname "Kapelja". According to the data of the investigation group, this person is Arben Dalipaj from Vlora and he was the driver of the raft that left Patoku to get the cocaine. Dalipaj, together with the arrested Besnik Brokeri, would deliver the narcotics to the "Royal Blue" bar. All these people were arrested, as they are suspected of having acted as a structured criminal group.

But the investigations continued for other people involved, since that day, there were suspicions that a few moments before the Police intervention, Gëzim Çela had left again, as always signaled in time.

The results of this investigation were announced on October 9 by the General Director of the Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku, who said that out of 4 arrest warrants signed by the Special Court, only one was executed. The head of the Kurbin police station, Dritan Metaj, was put in handcuffs.

So this time too, Gëzim Çela escaped. And according to the results of the Police, he left the country. If he left on the day he was to be arrested, or if he had left since August 15, when the "Flame at Sea" operation took place, this remains to be clarified. The Chief of Police of Kurbini admitted that he had helped him. It is not surprising that his help was also in this direction. A signal to say "leave because they have surrounded you", as someone had announced in 2014. But one thing is certain. Gëzim Çela was not only helped by the Police, he was also favored by the laws that for "big fish" like him, the law is a very delicate net, which manages to keep only the gills inside./abc
