Privatization of the "Partizani" complex, security measures for

Today at 1:30 p.m., GJKKO holds the session for determining the security measure for Jamarbër Malltezi and Fatmir Bektashi.

The son-in-law of the former prime minister Sali Berisha, Jamarbër Malltezi, together with the builder Fatmir Bektashi, will appear before the court for the verification of the security measures.

Malltezi was arrested by order of SPAK two days ago (October 21) in Rinas, while he was waiting for his wife from a trip to EU countries.

Fatmir Bektashi is accused of committing the criminal offenses "Active corruption of high state officials or local elected officials", provided by article 245 of the Criminal Code and "Cleaning of the proceeds of the crime.

In relation to this matter, charges have also been brought against former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, who was ordered to appear, but also banned from traveling abroad.

Berisha is accused of committing the criminal offense "Passive corruption of high state officials or local elected officials, carried out in cooperation, provided by article 260 and 25 of the Criminal Code.
