The former Minister of Defense, Gazmend Oketa, testified today in SPAK about the privatization of the former sports club "Partizani".
He was interrogated for about an hour by the prosecutors of the Special Prosecutor's Office, as a person who has knowledge of the circumstances of the investigation into the affair of the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex.
Former Defense Minister Fatmir Mediu was also questioned about this matter today, while Sali Berisha is also expected to be summoned next week.
The report on the affair of the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex, where a complex of buildings was built, was made by the chairman of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party, Taulant Balla.
Through this lawsuit, Balla accuses the former prime minister Berisha, the son-in-law of Jamarbë Malltezi and the former minister Arben Imami of abuse of office.
The sports club "Partizani" was one of the complexes owned by the Ministry of Defense, where new constructions have been made today.
