After the end of the socialist meeting, Prime Minister Edi Rama was at the Socialist Party Assembly in unit no. 2, Tirana.
Rama stated that there will be a restructuring of this unit.
"As you all know, as always, we plan and prepare our victories taking time and much earlier than everyone else.
"We have seen the need to restructure the work in the municipality of Tirana. If we look at how some districts have grown, it is very clear that the organization is A-level ," he said.
Rama then focused on the economic situation in the country, expressing good reports on salaries and pensions. Regarding pensions, he stated that they will double every year.
"We are in a situation where, to be honest, we are pleased to see that salaries in the private sector continue to increase. While you know that salaries in the public sector have increased continuously and we have increased again."
Now we have entered a phase like we did with doctors, for example, like we did with military personnel, teachers. We are recognizing seniority in parallel. So it is not the same salary.
These things are normal things, but we couldn't do them before because we didn't have the budget capacity.
The same can be said about pensions. Now pensions have entered the growth plan, which is a four-year plan, where every year the pension increase will double. If this year the pension has increased x, next year from January it will be x times two. Then the next year it will be x times three. Because the opportunities have been created for us. This means that the economy is working ," he said.
