A 20-year-old man has been criminally prosecuted by the Tirana police, after he shot in the air, with a gun imitating the sound of weapons, at a school in Farka.

The 20-year-old entered the school yard in the Farka area and shot with the "imitation gun", causing panic.

The materials in his charge were passed to the prosecutor's office for further investigative actions, while the 20-year-old will be investigated in a free state.

"Specialists for Investigating Crimes of the Police Station No. 1 referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office and started criminal proceedings against the citizen F. Sh., 20 years old, because on 04.05.2023, in the yard of a school, in Farka, Tirana, he shot in the air with a gun imitating the sound of weapons . The imitation pistol was seized as material evidence," the police announced.
