Recently, KLGJ and KLP have also officially certified through public announcements that pressures and blackmails are being applied to judges of the SPAK judges and prosecutors from the public (politicians), as well as segments of the media for the hot files they are investigating.

The public does not know everything that is happening behind the scenes with the new justice and especially with the prosecutors of SPAK and the judges of the JUDICIARY. The persons they are investigating as part of organized crime and exponents of the high politics of corrupt transition have had justice in their pockets for over 30 years.

Today, which endanger not only prison, but also the seizure of the staggering wealth they have made by robbing Albanians through the power they generously gave them, are trying in all ways to save themselves, family members, associates and the spoils stolen these three decades, which amounts to several tens of billions of euros.

The latest alert raised by the KLGJ and the KLP was mostly related to the recent unprecedented campaign of Sali Berisha (After security measures), against SPAK and the judges who have his case and son-in-law Jamarbre Malltezi, but the head of The Re-establishment is not the only "big fish" who has open accounts with the new justice.


Even though he publicly pretends not to interfere, Edi Rama, on the other hand, does the same under the rogoz. We recall among others his desperate clash with the US (Ambassador Yuri Kim), to take control of SPAK, aiming to place the head of ilir Beqaj's prosecutor and sabotage the election of Altin Duman.

Also, the former Prime Minister and former President Ilir Meta is being investigated on two hot topics (CEZ-DIA and lobbying with suspicious money), and despite appearing in SPAK every time he was called, he sent a "message" to prosecutors investigating.

In various television appearances or notes on FB, Meta, after opening investigations against him, has torpedoed SPAK head Altin Dumani and called prosecutors "creatures of the ruling party" and the Special Prosecution office as "the government's biggest business".

But on October 31st of this year, after learning that the investigations against him are towards completion, Ilir Meta goes even further. In an appearance for the media, he sends a coded message of the "mafia" style to SPAK prosecutors: Prosecutors have their own problems, they have family, spouses, relatives...

What did he mean by the words of Ilir Meta: That everyone, even the SPAK prosecutors have their weak points?

A few days ago, the head of Open Data Albania and administrator of the Web, the application "#AksesDretësi", Aranita Brahaj has found an interesting fact for the prosecutor investigating Ilir Meta, Sotir Kllapi. She writes that in the app where all the detailed data for the people of justice are located, the most clicked and "investigated" name last week is precisely that of prosecutor Bralapi.

Prokurori i SPAK-ut Sotir Kllapi ka në duar një nga dosjet më të 'nxehta' dhe të bujshme në tre dekadat e fundit, dhe rrjedhimisht fatin politik dhe juridik të Ilir Metës, një nga katër politikanët që ka dominuar politikën gjatë pluralizmit në Shqipëri.

Provat që konfirmojnë elementët e veprës penale të korrupsionit pasiv, falsifikimit të formularëve dhe pastrimit të parave, janë flagrante. Janë zbuluar kontrata lobimi në SHBA me vlerë qindra mijëra USD nga Ilir Meta dhe LSI-ja në 2017, para të cilat janë fshehur, duke mos u deklaruar as në KQZ dhe as në ILDKP. Prokurori Sotir Kllapi

Sotir Kllapi ka mbaruar Shkollën e Magjistraturës në vitin 2009. Fillimisht ka nisur punën si prokuror në Prokurorinë e Tiranës. Më pas ka ushtruar funksionin e prokurorit në Fier dhe Durrës deri në vitin 2014. Nga viti 2014 deri në vitin 2020, Sotir Kllapi ka drejtuar Prokurorinë e Pogradecit.

Ndaj Kllapit nuk është regjistruar asnjë masë disiplinore. Gjatë karrierës, prokurori është vlerësuar shumë mirë prej Prokurorisë Durrës për vitet 2012-2013, është vlerësuar shumë mirë nga prokuroria Progradec për vitet 2014, 2015 dhe 2016.

Në maj të vitit 2020, Kllapi u emërua nga Këshilli i Lartë i Prokurorisë në SPAK, duke u vlerësuar me me 174 pikë, në krye të të gjithë kandidatëve, duke lënë pas Dritan Prençin, Vladimir Marën dhe Dorina Bejkon.

Procesi i vlerësimit të kandidaturave kanë marrë pjesë përfaqësues të SHBA-BE.

Pas emërimit në SPAK, Kllapi ka marrë pjesë në disa trajnime me ekspertë nga SHBA dhe BE.

Prokurori Kllapi kaloi me sukses dhe me lehtësi procesin e Vetingut në maj të vitit 2019. Kllapi u konfirmua në detyrë më 13 maj të vitit 2019, duke u vlerësuar pozitivisht në kriterin e pasurisë, pastërtisë së figurës dhe aftësive profesionale.

Edhe pse është pjesë e organit të akuzës prej 13 vitesh, Sotir Kllapi nuk ka asnjë pasuri të palujtshme, të paktën deri në vitin 2018. Prokurori rezulton se ka jetuar me qira në Qytetin Studenti, duke lidhur një kontratë qiraje me Rezidencën Studentore Universitare Tiranë./Alfapress.al
