The director of Librazhd Hospital, Fatbardha Qatja, has been dismissed from her position.

The Minister of Health has signed the dismissal order and immediately appointed her successor to this position, which coincides with the day before the entry into force of new appointments in the administration due to the electoral law that prohibits appointments from March 3, 2025.

The new director will be Ermir Sulollari , who currently holds the position of deputy mayor of Librazhd.

The dismissal from this position was unexpected for Qatjan, and the latter reacted harshly on her social network Facebook.

Qatja previously held the position of Director of Education in Librazhd and Advisor to the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth.

Farbardha Qatja's reaction:

My friends! Today, unexpectedly and unexpectedly, a letter arrived in the "postal mail" requesting my immediate dismissal from work.

No cause, no reason. Surprisingly, no prior notice, and moreover, no notice that the dismissal would take place.

As in the era of "be far away", this masquerade was today.

It's not a joke that we are temporary, even our life is temporary. But why is this dismissal happening?! I don't want to believe that the ministerial department that I worked with as a subordinate institution, would reach this level.

It was signed by the minister on February 28th and how is it possible that, running and running, the post office brought it today, March 3rd, at 8:30 in the morning?!

Did the postal service work on holidays only for me?

All this, since from March 3, the suspension of movements in the administration begins, the mail quickly arrived at Librazhd Hospital.

An unequivocal removal is, I believe, done in extremely serious violations. I want to be transparent,

I am not a "captain" director who has accumulated "fat" through corrupt, corrupt ways, and if I am unemployed, I have fat to burn.

I only received my salary from my state, nothing else. Since you fired me from my job so suddenly, where will my child be fed?

 I am a mother before I am a manager or an employee. You as a state, where do you think I will be tomorrow?! Throw me out on the street? This is #EXECUTION.

In whose name? And why?! Why am I in trouble?! Why do I work? Why don't I get corrupt? Why do I obey the law?! What can I expect after this?

All to please someone I've wronged with my justice, with my correctness in enforcing the law.
