The wounding of Johan Muçllari in Pogradec, the son of 'Lili t

Firdeus Berberi, one of the main characters who participated in the attack with a knife and a pistol, with the aim of executing Johan Muçllari, has been charged by the Pogradec prosecutor's office.

In total, the prosecution has taken 7 defendants for the incident that happened in April 2022, where Muçllari was attacked with a gun and a knife. But surprisingly, even though the serious incident happened a year ago, none of them are in prison.

6 defendants have been investigated and will be judged in a free state. And the main person, Firdeus Berberi, is wanted and has not yet been caught by the State Police. The case against 6 people is expected to be judged in a preliminary session by the judge, Luljeta Kolonja. As for another person named Rudi Shaho, the prosecutor's office has decided to stop the criminal prosecution for the charge of "Discrediting the Crime" and "Supporting the perpetrators of the crime". 

The 23-year-old Berberi is the son of Ilir Berberi, who in Pogradec is known by the nickname "Lili i Rrushka" and has previous criminal records. "Ora News" was able to provide the investigative file where it is shown that the investigations followed by the prosecutor, Neritan Hoxha, have led to the raising of the charge of "Deliberate murder" remaining in the attempt against Firdeus Berberi.

But in addition to this criminal offense, the charge of "Unauthorized possession of firearms" and "Disturbance of public peace" has been brought against Berber. In the file it is evident that Berberi shot 4 times with a gun in the direction of Johan Muçllari, causing damage to his leg. Unable to kill him with a pistol, while Johan Muçllari was lying on the street, Firdeus Berberi, attacked again, but this time with a knife.

While Firdeusi's friend, Griseld Maxhari, turns out to be indicted on the charge of "Actions that prevent the discovery of the truth", since while he was at the scene of the incident, he concealed material evidence and "Supported the perpetrator of the crime".

The prosecution has proven that Maxhari collected the gun casings at the scene and left. For the support of the author of the crime, Firdeus Berberi, the prosecution of Pogradec has taken defendants and his friends such as Fatjon Bono, Ledian Shkulaku, Kristian Kreste, Hekuran Gjona and Bledar Berberi.

The conflict between young people has its origin as early as 2017, when Johan Muçllari was attacked and threatened with a firearm in Pogradec, by Meardi Berberi (Korua), Andra Piliçin and Mariglen Topuzi. While it continued to burn Muçllari's car, event for which Mariglen Topuzi was arrested and sentenced.

The criminal events intensified in August 2020, where on August 1 and 8, the "Voloreka" hotel in Drilon, which is owned by Jetmir Muçllari, Johan's father, was attacked with 85 bullets.

For this incident, the police arrested several people, including "Lilin e Rrushka", but the case against them is currently in the trial process in the Pogradec court./ Ora
