A 56-year-old man in Bulqiza was arrested by the police after he promised a young man a driver's license in exchange for money.

The police announce that citizen AD, 56 years old, a resident of Bulqiza, took the sum of 50,000 lek from young citizen JM, 32 years old, with the promise that he would enroll him in his friend's driving school and provide him with a driving license, without completed the internship that is provided by law.

Police notification:

He took 50,000 new lek from a citizen, promising to provide him with a driver's license for a vehicle, without completing the practice, he was caught and imprisoned.

The investigative structures of the Dibër Local Police Directorate captured and arrested the citizen AD, 56 years old, a resident of Bulqiza.

This citizen allegedly took the sum of 50,000 lek from the young citizen JM, 32 years old, with the promise that he would enroll him in his friend's driving school and provide him with a driver's license, without completing the legally required practice.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Dibër, for further actions.
