The son's testimony revealed the movements of Erjon Goxhara, who managed to evade two civilian policemen in the area of ​​the State Treasury in Dajt.

In the testimony given to the investigators, the boy said that around 14:35 on August 19, that is, shortly after the injury, he received a phone call from his father, who told him that he had injured Lorenc Kosta. He asked his son to meet in the district of Shkoza. Officer Goxhara arrived there on foot, took a taxi and headed to the area of ​​Fresk.

According to the son's testimony, they just arrived in the area of ​​the State Treasury, got off the taxi and the officer told the son to follow him. But at this moment, two civilian police officers approached, who called the officer Goxhara by name, but the latter, according to the boy's testimony, ran away through the building saying "I'd rather kill myself than rot in prison" .

"Around 14:35, my father called me and told me that he had injured Lorenci with a gun. I asked him indignantly why he did it. After this phone call, he picked me up again and told me to go to the Shkoza area as we were going to the Fresk area. I have come out to the place where he told me to wait. After dad came to the Shkoza district on foot, we took a taxi and headed to the Fresk area.

As soon as we arrived at the State Treasury area, we both got off the taxi and he told the taxi driver to wait and he told me to follow him. Immediately at this moment, as soon as we got off, 2 police officers in civilian clothes approached us and called my father by name, and as soon as he saw them, he ran away between the buildings, telling these people that I would rather kill myself than rot in prison", said the boy, testimony provided by TV Klan.
