The police of Elbasan announce that in the neighborhood "28 Nëntori", it is suspected that after a momentary conflict for weak motives, the citizen PR, 54 years old, a resident of Elbasan, injured the citizen F. Sh., 21 years old, with a cutting tool (knife). , a resident of Elbasan, who is in the hospital, for medical assistance.
