Businessman Gjergj Luca reacted to the news that circulated in some media that fishermen from the "Rozafa" company had stolen a sailboat seized by the police in Saranda.

Through a message on "Facebook", Luca, while denying the incident, says that the yacht, the news about which has been spread in the media of "Tallava and cynical portals" as he calls them, that it was stolen by the fishermen of Rozafa, is in fact the property of this company.

He adds, among other things, that everything is a misunderstanding and says that this impasse will be clarified, because there is no logic, this was raised by the Border Police together with the Prosecutor's Office.

"Now this comedy of our institutions that are left to each other which for me is a misunderstanding and an incompetence of interpretation that they tell me that Rozafa and the fishermen of Rozafa have stolen a ship.

I have a question, who did I steal the boat from? According to all legislation and the International Maritime Code and the Albanian Maritime Code, that yacht is the property of the Rozafa company", he says, among other things.
