Clash in SPAK/ Luftar Reçi 6 hours of ARGUMENT with the lawyers of

Luftar Reçi, the associate of the SPAK special prosecution, appeared for the second time in front of 6 defendants, who are accused of murdering Klodian Saliu, Vajdin Lamaj and Artan Arsi in February 2005. In the next session, Luftar Reçi answered to the questions of the lawyers of the defendants Lulzim Berisha, Indrit Rusi and Plaurent Dervishaj.

For more than 6 hours, the lawyers asked Reci about the dynamics of the crime that happened in Tirana and Durrës, where three people were killed. Reçi, in most of his confession, has remained faithful to the first testimony given in court, insisting that nothing has been shown to be untrue.

Meanwhile, in the second testimony, Luftar Reçi brought out other names as persons he talked to about criminal events. Some of these people, he has shown, are inside the prison. While some others continue to stay outside.

Reçi clashed fiercely with the two lawyers of Plaurent Dervishaj and Lulzim Berisha, at the moment when they reminded him and pointed out an interview given by him a few years ago, to an informative television.

According to the lawyers Luftar Reçi, he stated differently in this interview and testified differently at the SPAK special prosecutor's office. But on the other hand, Luftar Reçi reacted that that interview was given by him and was never broadcast on TV. According to Reç, relatives of the defendants bribed media people, who stopped the publication of the interview and sold the material to the parties in this court process.

Due to the numerous debates and the duration of the session, the trial against the defendants has been postponed until next week, continuing again with the question of Luftar Reçi, where this time the lawyers of Indri Taullaut will be the ones who will question the associate of the prosecution of Special, Luftar Reçi.

Next will be Emiljano Shullasi and Viktor Imeri, who will direct the questions to Luftar Reç. The investigative and judicial process against the 7 SPAK defendants is at the stage of questioning the prosecution's witnesses.
