Rainfall stopped across the country on Monday morning, bringing an improvement in weather conditions and a reduction in flooded areas.

But what do the weather forecasters predict?

"Clouds are expected to become more visible during the evening and late night hours, when we will have the resumption of rainfall. They will be present in the early morning hours, mainly in the northern, northwestern, and southwestern areas, while during Tuesday, rainfall is expected to be present throughout our country," said Hakil Osmani, a weather forecaster.

In midweek, rainfall, according to meteorologists, will be more concentrated in the south of the country.

"Wednesday will bring occasional rainfall in the form of showers throughout the Albanian territory, at least until noon, while the afternoon will bring a slight decrease in the intensity of rainfall. Thursday will also remain under the dominance of unstable weather, causing us to have mainly rainfall in the form of showers. The rainfall is expected to be focused mainly in the southern areas. Friday has signs of bringing a gradual improvement in weather conditions," said Hakil Osmani.

Temperatures will increase slightly over the next two days.

"Tuesday and Wednesday will bring a slight gradual increase in air temperatures, causing the maximums on Tuesday to be recorded at 20°C in the Western Lowlands, and not only. Even in the early hours of the morning we have an increase in air temperatures, causing the minimums in the mountainous areas to record 3-4°C. Thursday and Friday will bring another drop in air temperatures. This, as a result of a cold air mass that will affect the Balkan region, causing it to also affect the Albanian territory, is expected that the minimums on Friday will drop again to -2°C in the cities of the mountainous area, while the other maximums to 17-18°C", said Hakil Osmani.

The wind is forecast to be strong, causing problems for sea navigation.

"On Tuesday, at least until Wednesday morning, we are expected to have a strong, very strong wind in the open sea that will reach speeds of over 90 km/hour," said Osmani.

November is the wettest month of the year, and this November, after 5 years, has returned to the normal trend.
