The former mayor of Lezha, Fran Frrokaj, is also a beneficiary of the criminal amnesty that starts to be implemented this Wednesday.

Frrokaj was sentenced in October 2022 to 3 years in prison for the criminal offense of abuse of office, for alienating property at "Rana e Hedhun" in Shengjin.

Frokaj is expected to leave today the premises of the Reçi prison in Shkodër, where he has been since the moment when the decision took its final form.
