What is aflatoxin:

Aflatoxin is a toxin created by mold that grows on grains, corn, and wheat.

When cows are fed contaminated forage, aflatoxin is then secreted into the milk they produce.

Consumption of milk with aflatoxin has serious consequences for human health.

According to the WHO, aflatoxin is a group 1 carcinogen, increasing the risk of both liver and kidney problems.
