A serious incident shook the capital yesterday evening. Four people were injured by gunfire, two of whom are minors.
The attack took place near the Agro-Food Market in Lundë, as a hail of bullets was fired in a movement that lasted for several kilometers.
Meanwhile, new details are being revealed today. It is learned that over 20 shell casings have been found by the police, while the blue uniforms still have no sign of the perpetrators.
The injured have been taken to the Trauma Hospital where they are receiving medical attention. Three of the injured are out of danger, while the 11-year-old minor is in a more serious condition.
The injured, who were out of danger, were questioned by the police and stated that they had not had any conflict.
The target of the assassination is unknown, but the police suspect that it may have been a case of mistaken identity, as there is still no concrete lead.
The lack of security cameras is making the police's work difficult. Suspicions are that another Fouristrade type vehicle was used by the perpetrators, but the police suspect that a motorcycle may also have been used.
"On 17.04.2025, at around 21:50, citizens A. Stafa, 34 years old, K. Mullahi, 19 years old, and two minors aged around 11 and 17 years old went to the Trauma Hospital in Lundë, allegedly wounded by gunfire," the police announced yesterday evening.
