Speeches have begun at the protest being held in front of the Prime Minister's Office, which today marks the 106th consecutive day.

"For 106 days, this system that seems as strong as a rock has begun to crack," said activist Mirjan Aliaj at the 106th protest against the government, arguing that the constant pressure from citizens has begun to produce divisions within the majority.

Aliaj also referred to Socialist MP Elisa Spiropali, whom he called "Skënderbeg's mother", saying that she has also come out against Edi Rama.

"We have MPs who have left the parliamentary group. We have Skanderbeg's Mamica, the unimaginable, Mamica has come out against Skanderbeg. We have MPs, veterans of the ruling party, who have come out against the leading authority of this party-state and this government," he said.

The activist called on citizens not to stop until the government leaves, describing their resistance as a "road of no return."

"I call on us not to stop until the boat of this government sinks completely. I see this 106-day resistance as a path of no return that we have entered. Either we will overthrow Edi Rama, or Edi Rama will sell Albania," the activist said.

"For 106 days, this system that seems solid as a rock, this system with authoritarian and criminal features, has begun to crack. We have MPs who have left the parliamentary group. We have Skanderbeg's Mamica, the unimaginable, Mamica has come out against Skanderbeg. We have MPs, veterans of the ruling party, who have come out against the leading authority of this party-state and this government.

One thing is certain, even though they may not be sincere in their fight against the supreme authority and against Edi Rama, one thing is certain. They have taken heart and perhaps for their own personal interests have opposed Edi Rama.

And this is as a result of the pressure, of that drop of water that for 106 days has fallen on the prime minister, the prime minister's office and his corrupt government. I call on us not to stop until the boat of this government sinks completely. I see this 106-day resistance as a path of no return that we have entered.

"Either we will overthrow Edi Rama, or Edi Rama will sell Albania. Now, do you want Edi Rama to sell Albania, or do you want us to resist and overthrow Edi Rama?" said the activist.
