GJKKO has put in place the same security measures as the Tirana Court had decided against the team of doctors and oncology staff, following the scandal involving this hospital.

The Oncology scandal was investigated by the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, but the dossier then passed to SPAK.

Vendimi i GJKKO:

Edmond Gashi, a doctor at the Oncological Hospital in QSUNT charged with the criminal offense of "Abuse of office", to stay in the security measure "House Arrest"

Emiljano Lela, coordinator at the Oncological Hospital in QSUNT, accused of the criminal offense of "Abuse of office" was left in the security measure "Obligation Presentation".

Alketa Ymeri (Pere), a doctor at the Oncological Hospital in QSUNT, accused of the criminal offense of "Abuse of office" was left in the security measure "Obligation Submission".

Brikena Qirjazi, Deputy Director at QSUNT, charged with duty for the oncology service accused of the criminal offense of "Abuse of office" was left in the security measure "Obligation Presentation".

Halil Gashi, charged with the criminal offense of "Hiding income" was left to the security measure "Obligation Presentation".
