Over 91% of votes counted, PS towards fourth governing mandate with 82 MPs, PD

When over 4,904 out of 5,225 ballot boxes have been counted across the country, the Socialist Party leads with 52.14% of the votes, a result that gives the left a significant majority in Parliament and leads it towards a fourth mandate in government.

The Socialists have so far secured over 679 thousand votes and 82 MPs. The PD-ASHM coalition has 34.43% or about 448 thousand votes across the country and 14 mandates in Parliament.

The third political force was "Nisma-Albania Behet" with 3.50%, receiving 45,549 votes and one mandate in the Assembly.

According to the preliminary result, with just over 300 ballot boxes left to be counted, the SP will receive 82 MPs, the PD 52, the PSD 3, and Mundësia, Nisma-Albania Bëhet and Lëvizja Bashkë one mandate each.
