A serious event shocked not only Shkodra but the entire public opinion this Sunday, where a 39-year-old woman together with her 3 children (the body of one of the children was found), are suspected to have drowned themselves in the Buna River in Shkodra, after violence perpetrated by the head of the family.

In order to understand more about the causes that led to this very serious act of the mother, pedagogue and psychologist Arjana Muça said that there are many sources of information that explain how you can get rid of this form of violence without undertaking such acts, where according to her, in most cases mothers forget about themselves.

" In fact, it is one of the most tragic events that we have heard recently, because it is an event with many victims and everyone who listens to it suffers thinking about what psychological suffering this mother may have had, regardless of the forms of violence as a result of conflicts.

In fact, the event is an indicator of forms of violence and one of them is psychological violence, which in itself is a violence with a high emotional pressure, where damage is caused to the individual in the emotional aspect, and above all the mental one.

And we know that for public health we know that this is one of the problems that we are facing.

Psychological violence, unlike physical violence that leaves scars, is indistinguishable and difficult to detect. Even the individual himself finds it difficult to understand that he is under the pressure of this violence. And in a certain way, he begins to accept it as a form of relationship that he has established with his partner or spouse, and its consequences are related to mental health problems, which can lead to fatal decisions with consequences for life.

Depression in this case is also the cause, because it also depends on the way he experiences the event or the drama he is facing and this has to do with the form of depression he is going through.

Where does the individual start and think that this decision is a form of salvation from this violence that is inflicted on him. We have seen that the highest form of depression leads the individual to acts of self-sacrifice. But in this particular case, we not only have the loss of the mother's life, if that is the case, but we also have the loss of the children's lives.

So this also shows the desperate state that the mother had and in some way, if such an act was committed, she sought to save her children from this violence, because in most cases when the mother is violated, insulted or cursed , in a way this violence under her rebels not to leave her children in such violence and to escape this situation.

Until the bodies are found, I would emphasize that these are the first purely psychological aspects that we make of an event if it has occurred.

Nowadays, information is everywhere, and it is enough to look at it and understand that there are many ways and forms to escape this violence.

But what we notice in Albanian society is the woman's figure, which is the most prejudiced. And this also comes down to the way of mentality and the way you were brought up. And in most cases, women find it difficult to report violence.

In fact, we know that the initiative has a form of violence, we must denounce it. Not every fight in a couple is alarming to report. Because if this form differs from normal coping with family problems.

And if it happens, the girls must know how to show such violence, and in most cases these mothers forget themselves, being forced to live with this violence every day ", said the psychologist Arjana Muça, among others.
