Some of the DP MPs in the Assembly

After researching the privileged positions of family members of majority ministers, a  VNA survey  of asset declarations for 2025 reveals the financial picture and professional commitments of relatives of Democratic Party MPs. 

Gazment Bardhi

He has not declared any related family members in his 2025 asset declaration. 

Agron Gjekmarkaj

His wife, Mrs. Elda Mataj, is employed at the Bank of Albania, where during 2025 she earned a total income of 20,438 euros (including a salary of 15,403 euros and bonuses of 5,036 euros). 

Albana Vokshi

He has not declared a spouse or cohabiting partner. His daughter, Ajana Tartari, has also not declared any assets or income for 2025. 

Arian Ndoja

His wife, Mrs. Elderina Ndoja, has generated 50,622 euros from her activity as a natural person and 10,000 euros from the sale of movable assets. His son, Arbër Ndoja, has declared income from his parents in the amount of 16,000 euros (15,000 CHF). 

Bardh Spahia

His wife, Mrs. Fabiola Spahiu, is employed at the General Directorate of Archives, from where she earned a salary of 2,111 euros for the period September–December 2025. 

Belind Kellici

His cohabitant, Mrs. Anna Shkreli, has declared income from her private activity in the amount of 24,468 euros, as well as a liability/debt of 38,640 euros. 

Besart Xhaferri

His wife, Mrs. Marigona Xhaferi, has declared income from independent professional activity of 3,122 euros and income from salary with the entity "E&B" in the amount of 2,582 euros. 

Blendi Himci

His wife, Mrs. Sinorela Himçi, carries out several activities: as a dentist she received a salary of 2,678 euros, from the profit of the entrepreneurial business "NEO DENT" she received 18,359 euros, and she received 160 euros from teaching at the University of Elbasan. 

Bledjon Nallbati

His wife, Mrs. Elona Nallbati, is employed at the Ombudsman's institution, where she earned a salary of 8,050 euros for 2025. 

Bujar Leskaj

His wife, Ms. Silvana Leskaj, has earned a salary of 17,666 euros from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MEPJ), as well as income from renting out properties in the total amount of 42,321 euros. His son, Klaus Leskaj, works at "Intermarket Bank AG" with a salary of 43,758 euros, in addition to income from his parents (17,500 euros). The other sons, Orest and Arion Leskaj, have declared a salary of 14,486 euros (including two jobs) and 8,000 euros from a private company, respectively, in addition to financial support from their parents (10,000 euros and 11,000 euros). 

Edi Paloka

His partner, Ms. Dasara Mema, is employed at the Magistrates' School, where she received a salary of 10,680 euros, as well as 33 euros from bank interest. His daughter, Kleta Paloka, works at "RFZ Bank" where she earned a salary of 19,070 euros. 

Enno Bozdo

His wife, Mrs. Lida Bozdo, earned 5,000 euros from her salary in private activity and 1,260 euros from renting out property. 

Fidel Kreka

His cohabitant, Ms. Anjeza Topi, has not declared any financial data or income for 2025. 

Noka Flag

His wife, Mrs. Eva Noka, is employed as a lecturer at the Faculty of Natural Sciences at the University of Tirana, where she earns an annual salary of 14,137 euros. His son, Erik Noka, has declared a bank current account of 14,629 euros (8,949 euros and 5,681 euros) with the source of creation by his parents. 

Flag Hoxha

His wife, Mrs. Emira Hoxha, has received salaries from three private companies ("Kler shpk", "Daniel Creation" and "FB-ART") in the total amount of 27,049 euros. His daughter, Erta Hoxha, has declared income from teaching at "Santa Clara University" in the USA in the amount of 5,700 euros (6,200 USD). 

Gent Strazimir

He did not declare any family members or related persons in his asset declaration. 

John Gijn

His wife, Mrs. Elona Çaushi, has earned a salary of 15,653 euros from "Albcos Albanian Cosmetics" and 3,804 euros from the company "Mundo Aks Gmbh". 

Cara's Needle

His wife, Mrs. Rezarta Cara, has declared income from teaching at the "Aleksandër Moisiu" University in Durrës (3,285 euros), salary from "IRC Studio" (1,821 euros), as well as income from private activity of 3,310 euros and 2,468 euros. 

Isuf Cela

His wife, Mrs. Anila Isufaj, has declared 67,500 euros in other income and 916 euros in bank interest. His son, Klevis Çelaj, works in three private companies ("Gener 2", "EDG Natyral Gas" and "Alb-CNG"), from which he has collected a total salary of 22,013 euros. 

Ivi Kaso

His wife, Mrs. Sonila Kaso, has declared income from independent professional activity as a natural person in the amount of 25,308 euros. 

Jorida Tabaku

Her husband, Mr. Saimir Sallaku, is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana with a salary of 16,037 euros, a member of the Board of Directors at "Banka Credins" with an income of 18,355 euros and 10,200 euros, and has benefited from 50,400 euros from independent professional activity, 12,750 euros from rents and 1,000 euros from the sale of movable assets. 

Josephine Topalli

Her husband, Mr. Ndoc Topalli, has declared income from pension (998 euros), rents (3,483 euros and 8,298 euros) and other income of 505 euros. Her daughter, Margerita Topalli, works at the Bank of Albania where she has earned a salary of 10,248 euros, as well as other income of 10,017 euros and 133 euros. Her son, Genar Topalli, has received a salary of 16,050 euros (17,468.50 USD) from the company "Forza 1 North INC". 

Kastriot Piroli

His wife, Mrs. Donika Piroli, is employed at the Lezha Education Directorate with a salary of 9,663 euros. His son, Luiz Piroli, is employed at the General Directorate of Prisons, where he has earned a salary of 9,552 euros. 

Clevis Balliu

His cohabitant, Ms. Fjorela Hametaj, has declared income from a salary at the private kindergarten "Maple Bear Tirana" (4,703 euros), the company "Lillypop SHPK" (2,400 euros), as well as 10,130 euros from private activity. 

Kliti Hoti

His wife, Mrs. Edite Sadiku, works as a doctor and teacher: she has received 4,830 euros from the QSUT, 4,060 euros from the Faculty of Medicine, as well as 2,168 euros and 359 euros from the "Lady of Good Counsel" Foundation. 

Luan Baci

His wife, Mrs. Elsa Baçi, has realized 15,970 euros in salary from "Diamond Hill & Spa", 24,309 euros in profit as a natural person and 87,534 euros from dividend withdrawal. His sons, Bruno and Aldo Baçi, have realized 13,214 euros in salary from "EasyPay" and 41,604 euros in profit from private activity, respectively. 

Luciano Boci

His wife Blerina Boçi, daughter Enxhi Boçi, and son have not declared any income for 2025. 

Oerd Bylykbashi

His wife, Mrs. Vilma Fora, declared 23,927 euros from private activity as a natural person and 1,020 euros from rent. His daughter, Greis Bylykbashi, is employed by the European Parliament with a salary of 6,800 euros for the period September-December, income from part-time employment of 2,998 euros, as well as other income of 17,941 euros (9,000 euros and 8,941 euros). 

Ramadan Likaj

His wife, Mrs. Vjollcë Likaj, received a salary of 46,037 euros from "Relikaj SHPK" and 4,488 euros from "Medaur SHPK". His son, Leon Likaj, is employed by "Relikaj SHPK" with a salary of 30,295 euros, while his daughter, Ormela Likaj, also works at "Relikaj SHPK" with a salary of 26,281 euros and has received a bonus of 4,254 euros from the Shkodra Regional Directorate of Social Insurance. 

Saimir Korreshi

His wife, Mrs. Albana Çela, is employed as a social worker, a job from which she has earned an annual salary of 8,040 euros. 

Tomorr Alizoti

His wife, Mrs. Emira Alizoti, is employed at the "Hermann Gmeiner" school with a salary of 9,023 euros, and has benefited from 4,410 euros from renting out the property. 

Tritan Shehu

His wife, Mrs. Aida Shehu, has benefited from 6,801 euros from the pension and 60,000 euros from the rent. His son, Loran Shehu, has declared 696 euros as a natural person, while the other son, Alk Shehu, works as a doctor in Germany ("Segeberger Clinic", 50,400 euros), lectures at the "Zoja e Kështil të Mirë" University (4,172 euros) and exercises private activity (2,333 euros).
