In the Foggia court in Italy, the second court session of the process against 45-year-old Taulant Malaj took place on Friday.

The Albanian is accused of killing his 16-year-old daughter Jessica, Italian neighbor Massimo De Santis, as well as wounding his wife Tefta, whom he accused of having an affair with the Italian. The jury was shown two videos of the massacre, which took place on May 6, 2023.

The first was recorded by the house cameras, while the other was recorded by the defendant's cell phone. In the latter, the corpse of De Santis also appears, on the stairs of the palace.

The Albanian actually filmed both the dead bodies of the girl and the neighbor, as well as his wife who was seriously injured. Due to the extremely serious scenes, the court decided that this session would take place behind closed doors.
