Violet Braho

The Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection, Vjollca Braho, has been relieved of her duties.

The news is confirmed for Top Channel by journalist Alma Demiraj.

Braho held this position from November 2021, when he replaced Albert Nikolla.

Braho previously held the position of director of the State Health Inspectorate, while earlier she held the position of vice-president of the municipal council of Tirana.

Braho also held the position of general director of the Social Insurance Institute and the Mandatory Health Care Insurance Fund.
