For several days now, a monkey has been roaming freely in the streets of Tirana, while it entered an elderly center in the capital for shelter.

Today it was learned that the monkey attacked the caretaker of the center for the elderly.

The employees notified the police, who went to the elderly center, but were told to notify the municipal police because it is not their competence. Meanwhile, the Municipal Police told him, " we are not a zoo ".

 

Since no one takes responsibility for his departure, the zoo animal has remained at the elderly center.

Meanwhile, the director of the center for the elderly told News24 that, " we feel threatened because I have 20 elderly people in the center and my problem is not being solved ".
