"Help, help me", the footage from the moment when the Albanian tries

New details have come to light from the serious incident recorded in Greece, where a 28-year-old man tried to rape a 20-year-old woman in Thessaloniki, three days ago.

The girl said that she was in a shelter 3 minutes away from the house because it was raining a lot, when she saw the Albanian.

The Greek media have also shared a video showing the moment where the 28-year-old man follows and attacks the 20-year-old woman.

In the video, the girl can be heard calling the neighbors to save her from the hands of the abuser. The girl also told the nightmare she experienced that night about "protothema".

"The attack happened three minutes away from my house. I was sitting under a balcony until the rain stopped and he was hiding in front of me. I saw him, he had many scars on his face, we had mutual acquaintances and I knew some things about this man. The way he was looking at me scared me. I realized who it was and was very scared.

As I started to leave, I didn't realize when he came from behind, when suddenly I felt a hand close my mouth and nose and we started to fight a lot despite the terror I had at that moment. A woman heard my screams, I screamed "help" as he hit me on the head. I remember when he stopped hitting me, I ran despite the blows to my face. My head is swollen, my eye, my eyebrows are all swollen", she continues.

The 28-year-old Albanian man was arrested in the early hours of Sunday after the attack on the 20-year-old woman on Mystra street while she was returning from a party. According to the same information, the 28-year-old was released from prison a while ago while serving a sentence for sexual offenses.

In 2018 he was arrested in Thessaloniki for attempted rape of a woman and was released from prison in Grevena in April 2022, while in 2016 he was arrested for drug possession and trafficking and his sentence at that time was suspended.
