"Naimi called me..." Tozaj reveals the conversation with Mursel before
Journalist Elton Tozaj

Journalist Elton Tozaj spoke about a phone conversation he had with Naim Murseli a week before Liridona's murder.

According to him, in this phone call, Nimi invited him to meet with several other people, including Liridona. Tozaj says that Murseli may have wanted to use this phone call as an alibi.

"What impressed me and later I thought, maybe this guy wanted to make some kind of alibi? He contacted almost everyone he knows in Tirana.

"He contacted me, my colleague, and told us all that in a week he will be in Tirana and I really want to meet and have dinner, I will be with Liridona. We have all been waiting to meet him. It never occurred to us that he had these problems, or this double life. He lived a wild life, truly wild with luxuries that you could not imagine for 15 years," Tozaj tells Euronews.
