The murder of Valter Fierza in the village of Hot te Ri in Shkodra has a suspected perpetrator and he is Klodian Mhilli.

According to preliminary information, the police services are working to catch the suspected author of the incident.

It is suspected that the incident happened after a fight over parking the car and the suspected perpetrator, Klodian Mihilli, is thought to be his neighbor.

The conflict started between the victim's brother, Kolë Fierza, and the suspected perpetrator Klodian Mhillit, their neighbors whose houses are next to each other.

The debate started in a bar near the apartments regarding parking, claiming that the road is blocked. About an hour after this debate, the conflict continued between the victim Valter Fierza and the suspected perpetrator.

After the argument, the neighbor of the Fierza brothers took the gun and shot the 33-year-old, leaving him dead on the spot.

It was Valter Fierza's brother who found him dead outside the car in the alley near their house, and then called the police.

After the murder, the suspected perpetrator left in an unknown direction. He is wanted by the police authorities
