The bad weather has covered all of Albania. In Shkodër and Kurbin, there are reports of flooding and land surface under water.

The heavy rains this morning have included the area of ​​Kurbin and Kruja. The underpass in Fushë Mamurras, part of the Milot-Thumanë highway, is blocked. Low tonnage vehicles, some of them choose alternative routes.

The underpass in Fushe Mamurras remains problematic due to the blockage of the pipes in the water penetration. Some vehicles are blocked by the presence of water. Meanwhile, in Durres, the strong winds that blew during the night destroyed part of the New Year's decor in the center of the city of Durres.

In Lezha there are 570 ha of flooded land. In the Milot administrative unit, there was a problem where the Kombit highway segment joins the Milot area, the waters of which flooded near two houses.

In Shkodër, the emergency headquarters reports that there are 3020 hectares of land under water, 250 hectares more than was recorded yesterday afternoon.
