An almost surreal manual is handed out during the training course to the men and women who will be sent to manage the 20-bed prison for immigrants in Gjadër: from how to dress to how to drink coffee.

The manual published by La Reppubblica starts with the parenthesis: The Albanian people are very friendly, but you must keep in mind some necessary rules.

 For starters, "avoid flirting with Albanian women. A man who sees his wife being seduced by another man may react badly." And since we are here, since they are "a modest people, nudity or inappropriate clothing in public is not welcome", it says, among other things.

Other guidelines made public by La repubblica are:

- Albanians do not want to be underestimated, so never behave with a superiority approach.

- It is a modest people, so nudism or inappropriate clothing in public is not welcome.

- Avoid flirting with Albanian women in some contexts. It is about a conservative society, especially in the north of the country. A man who knows or sees that his wife is being seduced by another man may react in a bad way.

- Albania is a very safe country, there are no petty crimes (there is no theft, robbery, or sexual harassment), so avoid "defensive" attitudes

- There is no religious fantasy in Albania. Although it is a predominantly Muslim country, several religions coexist there.
