"Apple of trouble" a girl/ Clash with weapons in Shijak, the court

The Durrës court leaves the 27-year-old owner of the business in Shijak in custody , where a shootout took place on Friday, during which a 36-year-old man was injured.

Alban Domi was arrested by the police on charges of threats and possession of weapons without a permit, while the suspected perpetrator of the injury and another person who was with him are still being sought by the police.

Investigations into the circumstances of the wounding of Enidor Dedja in Xhafzotaj of Shijak led to the clarification of the conflict that turned into a barrage of bullets.

The gunfight came after a conflict between the arrested Alban Domi and 33-year-old James Palodhi, because Domi had harassed a girl with whom he had previously had a relationship.

The girl's relative Palodhi traveled together with 30-year-old Arbër Hoxha to the business, a store for vehicle accessories, to clarify with Alban Dom, but in the ongoing debate they physically clashed with him.

Hoxha allegedly shot in the direction of Dom and his business, and as a result, E. Dedja, who was in the store when the conflict occurred, was wounded in the leg.

The investigation showed that the owner of the store retaliated with a pistol-type firearm, which was seized by the police as evidence.

Meanwhile, for several days, work has been going on to catch Hoxha and Palodhi, who left immediately after the incident in a "Ford Fiesta" type vehicle.

Accusations of intentional murder, attempted murder, and possession of weapons without a permit have been brought against them.
