Based on this evidence, the Elbasan police have raised strong suspicions that Xhafer Deliu, during the months of February-March 2022, served as one of Nuredin Duman's informants for the movements of Oti of Elbasan. These strong doubts were raised not only by the fact of finding the photos on the phone, but also because Deli turns out to be Erjon Alibej's cousin, writes Ora .

On the other hand, the doubts about a possible informer of Deli have been increased due to the fact that Nuredin Dumani, in his testimony, shows that:

Following these strong suspicions about a possible group of hired killers, the police of Elbasan has started collecting information from the people of Xhafer Deli's social circle. Information was received that these people were talking about the movement of some items from one base to another, so the police intervened with the control of an apartment in the "Gurabardh" neighborhood of Elbasan.
