The well-known lawyer, Besnik Çerekja , turns out to be part of the 20-year extortion of Albanian underground wealth by the Bankers company, in collaboration with politicians and oligarchs.

The Faculty of Law lecturer, during the period 2020-2025, received around 4.4 million euros from the Bankers company, with invoices suspected of being fictitious and for services only on paper.

The lawyer obtained the money through his law firm Studio Legale Çerekja shpk and Besnik Çerekja PF .

He benefited from around 2.8 million euros through the entity ' Besnik Cerekja PF ' with two employees.

The Fier Prosecutor's Office has not conducted a more in-depth investigation into why Banker gave millions of euros to Besnik Cerekja, Alket Hyseni, Endri Puka, Behar Çukaj , etc. without doing anything, but has sufficed with ascertaining the movement of money and treating it as tax evasion and fraud with the VAT scheme.

Bankers had full-time legal experts employed, even at staggering salaries, and had no need for the services of Besnik Cerekja.

Then why did Bankers give 4.4 million euros to lawyer Besnik Cerekja, benefiting from a 20% VAT refund, inflating expenses and avoiding taxes?

Did the money end up in the Berisha family's pockets?

Only SPAK can reveal the truth, but suspicions are growing after Sali Berisha, a few days ago, defended the company Bankers Petroleum, which is accused of evading taxes for 20 years, causing billions of euros in damage to the state budget.
