Other details from the SPAK file on the criminal group of narcotics traffic where the former deputy director of the police in Tirana, Erzen Breçani and his son, Eralbi Breçani, allegedly belonged.

According to the SPAK file, in the interceptions revealed on the sky application on January 8, 2021, a group conversation takes place between Ismail Zeneli, Besmir Murat, Eralbi Breçan and the unidentified user of *D****P*.

While talking about a load of cocaine that is expected to pass from Brazil, Eralbi Breçani tells other members of the criminal group that he was having lunch with his father Erzen Breçani. In the wiretaps, Eralbi Breçani tells his interlocutors that his father had given him instructions on how to be safe, calling on them to remove their phones as the 'sky' applications are being tapped.

Further, the members of the criminal group jokingly wish that if they are arrested, they will fall into the same prison sector, to chat.

Conversation between members of the criminal group:

Journalist: Ervin Mata came to Albania with the head of the largest drug organization in Bolivia

Ismail Zeneli: You get 25% per box. Let's get things straight, marshallah don't harass the pole.

*D****P*, unidentified: Uncle from Brazil is not an eye, it's a mirror, at the wall at the end, double wall.

Eralbi Breçani: Lek as much as you want, he gives you boli... I'm having lunch with my father, he makes you happy.

Besmir Murati: Thank you

Eralbi Breçani: Thank you, Paçi, he is giving me instructions on how to stay safe, put away the phones, he says, "sky" is opening.

*D****P*, unidentified: That's right. For God's sake, the first thing I thought of when I started working was 'sky'.

Eralbi Breçani: The old man told me 2 weeks ago. Files have arrived in Albania for several people, including many Albanians from Latin countries, Europe and England. Many people are being investigated and only for these 'sky' for God. Ishalla, we fall into a sector and we all chat together.

*D****P*, unidentified: Old man, tell daddy, look at that name of mine

Ismail Zeneli: We are all working with 'sky', we don't know anything.
