They were arrested after the testimony of Tina Pajollari, who was initially considered the "apple of the quarrel" that led to the murder of Martin Çeço.

According to the first investigations of the police and the prosecutor's office, it was said that Tina Pajollari had an intimate relationship with Valter Mollaj and because Martini had wanted to have a relationship with Tina, the crime had happened afterwards.

This variant is supported today by Tina Pajollari, who gave a second interview for the show Uniko from Spartak Koka.

In this interview, she says why she accused the 3 mentioned above for the murder of Martin Çeço and why she declared to the police in her first testimony that she had an intimate relationship with Valter Mollaj.

Tina Pajollari: They interrogated me, I stayed all night, I was saying that no, I didn't speak, I didn't know at all. We cried in the morning, no, we are not going to go to the police, no, they were calling me, threatening me.

Spartak Koka: What were they calling you?

Tina Pajollari: The police called me, they told me to show that you know, you have spoken, we will take you to prison if you don't. The hair holds you, either tell or go to jail.

Spartak Koka: Why should you go to prison?

Tina Pajollari: I was afraid and I said out of fear for the 3 authors who are there.

Spartak Koka: What did you say about the authors?
