He kept an arsenal of weapons in Elbasan, who is Rigers Spahiu, the murder of his brother in Belgium and the connection with Erion Alibejn

Rigers Spahiu

One of those arrested today is Rigers Spahiu, 37 years old, born and resident in Elbasan, who is accused of "Actions that hinder the discovery of the truth" and "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime". 

He is suspected as an accomplice in the criminal activity of Luis Gaji.  

He is the brother of Arjan Spahi, otherwise known as "Little Arjan", executed in Brussels in November 2020.

Rigers and Arjani are the brothers-in-law of Erion Alibejt, arrested by the prosecutor's office of Elbasan as a person suspected of ordering the organization of two murders.

Ardit Spahiu and Erjon Alibej had ordered Dumani to kill their rivals, members of the Çapjave tribe, or as they are otherwise known, the Sakati group based in Dubai.
