The former Minister of Justice Ylli Manjani has once again repeated the accusations against SPAK that in relation to the issue of incinerators it is acting in a wrong way, putting people in prison without concrete evidence.

In a skype connection for the Zona Zeri show on Top News, Manjani said that SPAK should set up a scheme to answer all questions and learn the truth if there are people responsible, and not tear it apart as an issue.

Manjani considered the accusations against Alqi Bllakos, Arben Dervishaj or even against Mirel Mërtiiri as absurd, where according to him, the latter is only being accused of being the owner's husband. Jursiti stated that the problem is not with the Prosecution, but with the Court that accepts the absurd charges.

"On the issue of incinerators, it is interesting to learn the truth, is it a right decision? Is it beneficial? Were there people responsible? How was the decision-making made?, a real scheme is needed to provide complete information, but SPAK has started in the wrong way.

LSI tackled Lefter Koka and found the incinerators to hit him. The same thing happened with Alqi Bllako who fled from LSI. This is not a matter initiated by justice. SPAK should merge them into one and investigate quietly to find out who are the main interlocutors, if there is one, we don't know if there is one. The accusations are so strong that in the case where I caught one of them, I introduced 3 accusations, and here it is worth mentioning the case of Dervishaj, where he was accused of corruption of officials. If this is the strategy of justice, let's get people inside and we will find something along the way, this is Enver Hoxha's justice. The same situation is with Alqi Bllako. The same is the case with Mirel Mërtir, his name does not appear anywhere, he is not the owner, but according to the Prosecution, he says that you are the de facto owner, you are not the husband of the owner's wife, but this is like a movie.

The accusations are absurd. In the case of Elbasan, the Prosecutor's Office of Elbasan and the Court of Elbasan have a complete investigation and decision, and all cases raised by SPAK today have been investigated and judged. But if a case is once judged, there is no mother man to judge it again, only there was something new. Accusatives are strained, strained and not stable.  

The problem does not lie with the Prosecutor's Office, that it can raise accusations out of the blue, but it should be the court that should overturn the absurd accusations. How can accusations be brought against Mirel Mërtiri just because he has a wife. This standard of doing justice is a very low standard, so take it once, get inside and then we'll see what happens. We are dealing with freedom and basic human rights, that if we do bad things here, the other one is in jail there. Here, there is a hatred for business, yes, this is communist logic, we have nothing to do with the donkey and fall for the donkey. You should ask the responsibility of the one who makes decisions that Albanians vote for Edi Rama and not Mirel Mërtir. It should be investigated, but not abused. First of all, this is not a mafia at all, but a public-private partnership, that if it was a mafia, someone would have been killed, and the mafia has so much money that it does not expect to receive the installment from the state. The answers to the questions I mentioned at the beginning should be given by SPAK. But the way it started, SPAK will find it difficult."- said Manjani
