Car crashes into wall, driver hospitalized

An accident occurred this afternoon on the Maliq-Korça road.

The 45-year-old driver lost control of his car and crashed into a wall near a gas station. He was taken to hospital for treatment.

Police announcement:

At around 17:40 on the "Maliq-Korça" road axis, in the village of Vloçisht, citizen OK, 45 years old, while driving a vehicle, is suspected of having lost control of his vehicle, and as a result the vehicle went off the road.

The driver of the vehicle, citizen OK, was injured in the accident and is receiving treatment in hospital, in a non-life-threatening condition.

The investigation team is working to clarify the circumstances of the accident.
